Clean Management carefully screens all prospective employees. All prospective employees must present a valid Social Security Card and/or an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) when asked. The EAD card, commonly known as a “work permit,” is issued by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and allows them to work legally in the United States. In many cases we are requested to perform, and will provide, a Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) check if required. We also provide drug screening when required.
Clean Management makes every effort to use our own cleaning technicians and specialty crews to perform any jobs that we elect to undertake. They are all payroll employees and pay both federal and state taxes. In rare instances, where that may not be possible, we may subcontract but only with a customer’s preapproval.
Even though we strive to maintain our relationships for the long term, we understand that certain circumstances may arise where that may not be possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with thirty (30) days written notice.
Once you become a customer of Clean Management, a supervisor will be assigned to your account to oversee the day-to-day operations and quality of service. He or she would also be responsible for noting and correcting any deficiencies that may occur.
Upper management, and even the owner, are also involved in ensuring that the services that you contracted for are being performed in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition to nightly visits from our supervisors, Clean Management has implemented a remote time-keeping system in each facility that we clean. Upon arriving at your facility, our technicians are required to call in from a designated telephone in your building. The time of arrival is then recorded. Upon completion of his or her duties, he or she is required to call in again when departing and the total time spent is recorded. Any discrepancies between the time estimated to clean your building and the time actually spent is noted and corrected if necessary.
There are many ways, including a simple telephone call or email to your account representative or customer service rep, or you may log into our website if you prefer. In many cases we maintain a log book on premise to communicate issues directly with your technician.
In a perfect world that would be nice. Since most of our work is performed after business hours in the evening, it may not be necessary to have someone on site that is fluent in English. However, in cases where direct communication with our cleaning technician is necessary, Clean Management will make the needed accommodations.
