In order to achieve our goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction, our management team performs regular inspections to monitor and ensure quality commercial cleaning services and to solicit customer feedback from sites in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Prior to on-the-job training, all Clean Management employees are required to complete our in-house training program at our corporate training center located in our offices in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Our janitorial services are available 24/7, 365 days a year. In the event of an emergency, our customers can access our emergency call center to have their commercial cleaning issue addressed immediately.
